• Add the event to your calendar so you do not miss it.

To get the most from your onboarding call, have these ready:

• Your website link (or where you plan to build it).

• Your main business phone number and email.

• Any existing lead lists or contact exports.

• Access to your Facebook page, Google Business Profile, and ad accounts if available.

When will my account be ready?

Your account is created as soon as you finish signing up. In most cases, you can log in within a few minutes using the link in your confirmation email.

How do I log in to BizForge?

Check your email for your login link and temporary password. Use that link, set your new password, and bookmark the login page for future use. Alternatively, you can get to the login page using https://app.bizforge.com.

I did not get the email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still do not see the email after 10 minutes, use the password reset link on the login page or contact support at [email protected].

Do you help with setup?

Yes. Your onboarding call is when we walk you through the setup. We will help you connect key tools, set up basic automations, and review how to use BizForge for your business.

Can I add team members?

Yes. From your settings, you can invite team members, assign roles, and control what they can see or change.

What if I already use another CRM?

You can export your contacts from your current system and import them into BizForge. If you need guidance, mention this during your onboarding call.

How does billing work?

You will be billed on the schedule you selected at signup. Your plan renews automatically until you change or cancel it in your account settings.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

You can change plans from your billing or account settings area. If you need to cancel, contact support before your next renewal date.
